Available Roles We are currently hiring for the following roles: *Customer Support Agent: As a Customer Support Agent at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. *Content Moderator: As a Content Moderator at blithequark, you will be responsible for reviewing and moderating online content, ensuring that it meets our community guidelines and standards. Preferred Qualifications *Bachelor's degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as communications, marketing, or psychology, is preferred. *Customer service certifications: You may hold customer service certifications, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or the Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCEP). *Content moderation certifications: You may hold content moderation certifications, such as the Certified Content Moderator (CCM) or the Certified Online Safety Specialist (COSS).
