Responsibilities As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include: * Handling customer calls of varying types, including service requests, billing questions, and energy conservation advice, effectively and efficiently. * Providing exceptional service and solutions to customers through inbound calls and chat. * Utilizing strong communication and active listening skills to resolve customer issues. * Leveraging probing questions to understand and address customer needs. * Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues. * Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to customers. * Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a timely manner. Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * High school diploma or GED; an Associate's degree is a plus. * Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams. * Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. * Basic knowledge of MS Office and strong keyboard skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and tools. * Excellent Internet connectivity with specific speed requirements (at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload). * Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
