Resolve issues and provide solutions by actively listening and engaging with customers, demonstrating empathy and understanding. Data Management: Accurately document customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Monitor and track support requests to ensure timely follow-up and issue resolution. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to communicate customer feedback and support initiatives.Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and suggestions for process improvements to enhance customer service outcomes. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training sessions to maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark products, policies, and industry trends. Mentor new team members on best practices in customer engagement and support. Performance Metrics: Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rates. Demonstrate accountability by consistently striving to exceed set performance targets.Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 3 years of prior experience in customer service, preferably in a chat support environment or healthcare-related industry. You should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and additional coursework in customer service, health communication, or a related field is a plus.
