Job OverviewThe Entry Level Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to external customers and coordinating with internal stakeholders via email and phone throughout each shift. This role involves significant direct communication with customers, retrieving, researching, and resolving specific customer emails and service requests, and entering, tracking, monitoring, and coordinating customer order delivery requirements.The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn, some customer service experience, and a strong desire to deliver world-class customer support. As a hybrid role, you will be required to work onsite in Dallas, TX, at the hiring team's discretion, which may change in the future. Key Responsibilities Retrieve, research, and resolve specific customer emails and service requests in a timely and professional manner Enter, track, monitor, and coordinate customer order delivery requirements to ensure seamless execution Analyze customer spare parts requirement inquiries, facilitate responses, and resolve delivery problems to ensure customer satisfaction Advise customers regarding order status, changes, or improvements and follow up on issues related to their accounts to ensure prompt resolution Manage multiple orders and research lists for specific customers, analyzing data to identify trends or issues and providing insights to improve customer support Support Customer Program Managers by maintaining reports, customer data, and managing customer expectations to ensure exceptional customer experience Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 1+ years of experience in customer service or a support organization, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer support 1+ years of experience interfacing with external customers and responding to support requests, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills 1+ years of experience with bolthires Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly Experience and/or knowledge of Basic Supply Chain principles, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a customer-facing role Ability and willingness to work a 3/36 shift (Friday, Saturday, Sunday 12 hours each day), with flexibility to work evening shifts and/or midnight shifts as assigned Nice-to-Haves While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 1+ years of experience in aviation or aerospace, preferably in a customer service/support environment, with a deep understanding of the industry and its challenges 1+ years of experience with SAP in support of Supply Chain functions, with the ability to leverage this expertise to improve customer support 1+ years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, systems, and processes, with the ability to apply this knowledge to enhance customer engagement 1+ years of experience working with supply chain strategies (e.g., inventory reduction, parts kitting, supplier consolidation, optimum flow, lead-time reduction), with the ability to analyze data and identify trends Adaptability to changing environments and customer needs, with a flexible and resilient approach to work Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a cross-functional team, with excellent teamwork and communication skills Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you
