Job SummaryAs a Customer Outreach Manager, you'll oversee a team of appointment setters, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets. You'll be responsible for developing and refining outreach strategies, scripts, and scheduling workflows to optimize results. Your expertise will help align scheduling priorities with sales goals, ensuring seamless handoffs between appointment setters and sales representatives.If you're a data-driven, results-oriented leader with a passion for customer interaction, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities* Team Management+ Recruit, train, and supervise a team of appointment setters, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. + Monitor individual and team performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met. + Provide coaching and feedback to improve performance and productivity. * Process Optimization+ Develop and refine scripts, outreach strategies, and scheduling workflows to maximize results.+ Implement tools and technologies to streamline the appointment-setting process. + Monitor call metrics, appointment conversion rates, and reporting to identify areas for improvement. * Collaboration with Sales Teams+ Work closely with sales representatives to align scheduling priorities with sales goals. + Ensure smooth handoffs between appointment setters and sales reps. + Communicate feedback from clients or prospects to improve outreach efforts. * Reporting and Analysis+ Track and report key metrics, including call volume, appointments scheduled, no-shows, and conversion rates.+ Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. * Customer Interaction+ Handle escalations or complex scheduling requests from potential clients. + Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction during the appointment-setting process. Essential Qualifications* At least two years of experience working in a virtual position, with a proven track record of success in a sales environment. * Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve exceptional results.* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders. * Data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze key performance metrics and make informed decisions. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. * Proficiency in bolthires Office, with experience using CRM software and other productivity tools. Preferred Qualifications* Experience in the natural health/dietary supplement vertical.* Strong knowledge of sales strategies, scripts, and workflows. * Experience with call center software and technology. * Certification in sales, leadership, or customer service.
