Job SummaryAs a Business Analyst at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement through data-driven insights. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop strategic solutions that drive results.With a strong focus on data analysis, business acumen, and communication skills, you'll be the go-to expert for data-driven insights and recommendations that inform business decisions. Key Responsibilities* Conduct pre-and post-examination of client programs, vital tasks, new product launches, operational changes, and marketing initiatives to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth* Investigate the execution of different pilot projects while following a testing methodology (e.g., A/B Testing)* Maintain and update required tools and systems based on business needs, such as BPM or Course Planning models* Identify errors, irregularities, and gaps in reporting and processes and provide solutions* Proactively search for patterns and trends in data to identify areas for improvement or opportunities for growth* Support the development and improvement of blithequark's tools and systems to drive financial targets and improve value chain capabilities* Model business scenarios based on analyzed data and business needs/requirements* Provide ad-hoc analyses and reporting as needed, and develop strategic recommendations for business leaders* Perform other related and assigned dutiesRequirements* Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related field* Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, or Operations, with a focus on analysis, modeling, or measurement* Experience in management consulting or design thinking highly preferred* Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLookups, and data modeling* Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, including data visualization using tools like Tableau or bolthires Power BI* Proficiency in other MS Office applications, including PowerPoint, Access, Word, and Visio* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Understanding of Financial and Operating Statements* Ability to balance long-term and short-term needs, managing multiple complex projects and priorities* Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders* Strong change management skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of projects and tasks* Commitment to continuous learning and professional developmentPreferred Qualifications* Advanced Excel skills, including Visual Basic, macros, and SQL* Experience with statistical analysis using tools like R or similar software* Knowledge of data mining and sales reporting tools, such as Edge Minder or similar software* Familiarity with SharePoint and other collaboration tools* Functional understanding of sales, delivery, warehouse, and production processes* Project management or support experienceWhat We Offer* Competitive hourly rate of $26/hour* Opportunity to work remotely and enjoy a flexible schedule* Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a talented team* Professional development opportunities and training to enhance your skills and knowledge* Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance and contributions* Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time offIf you're a motivated and analytical professional with a passion for driving business growth through data-driven insights, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience, skills, and qualifications for this role.
