This is an entry-level position that offers opportunities for career advancement and professional growth. Some of your daily tasks will include: Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination Guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions to ensure timely connections Work Environment and Schedule As a Ramp Agent and Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced airport environment with varying weather conditions.You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including early morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts, with a minimum of 20 hours and a maximum of 40 hours per week. Your schedule will be based on operational needs and seniority. Compensation and Benefits At blithequark, we offer a competitive salary and benefits package to our employees.
