Whether you are guiding customers through the ticketing and baggage check-in process or assisting them with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding, your role will be critical in delivering world-class service.Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Agent at blithequark, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel Managing the check-in process, including tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts Practicing safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures, ensuring the safety and security of yourself and others Assisting customers with seat availability, gate announcements, flight status, checking and handling baggage, and managing the boarding process Operating jet ways to place them in position prior to aircraft arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors Demonstrating a positive attitude, maintaining professionalism, and adhering to uniform compliance at all times Ticket Agent Responsibilities As a Ticket Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding and assisting them with the ticketing and baggage check-in process.Your responsibilities will include: Using a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets Managing the check-in process, ensuring that customers have the proper documentation for travel Tagging baggage and performing lifting tasks that involve transferring baggage from scales to conveyor belts Gate Agent Responsibilities As a Gate Agent, you will assist our customers with routing, trip planning, and gate boarding.
