Lead and manage the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating on the direction and development of the region's clinical consultant team members to ensure seamless integration of sales and clinical strategies.Direct sales performance in the specified region, analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions. Identify, hire, retain, and develop top talent through proactive performance management, ensuring that the team is equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles. Develop and implement strategies for launching new accounts and achieving greater penetration in existing accounts, leveraging market insights and customer relationships to drive growth.Establish and maintain effective communications with executives and managers across blithequark, ensuring that the needs of the sales team are understood and supported at all levels of the organization.
