The RoleAs a Customer Service Representative-Retention (Hybrid), you'll be the face of blithequark, working at the forefront of our customer service operations. In this multifaceted role, you'll be responsible for handling a wide range of customer interactions, from telephone and virtual support to email and online chat. You'll work in our state-of-the-art call center, located at 1010 N Saint Mary's St.San Antonio, Texas 78215, for 3-4 days a week, and remotely from home for 1-2 days a week. Key Responsibilities* Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service with ease and efficiency. * Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues that span multiple networks and interdependent network elements. * Assist customers with products and services, including laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, initial setup, and configuration of blithequark-provided software and applications.* Proactively engage with T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues. * Remain proficient in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters to provide accurate and timely support. * Coordinate with all sales channels for retention efforts on our existing customer base. * May sell products and services offered by blithequark. * Develop a proven track record of resolving issues and retaining customers through exceptional service and support. * Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements* Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed internet is required to support business needs).* Must maintain a workspace in alignment with WFH standards (e.g., technical, security, physical, noise levels, Clean Desk policy, etc.). * Be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts. Nice-to-Haves* At least one year of customer service experience. * Call Center experience. * Advanced typing/keyboarding skills.
