How You'll Help Us Keep Climbing (Overview &Key Responsibilities)Product Management is a team within Revenue Management that focuses on products and experiences that deliver value for our customers and bolthires. Our goal is to identify consumer needs and maintain policies accordingly in support of bolthires’s revenue and customer experience. The Program Manager, Product Data - Revenue Management plays a critical role in building and maintaining data models and backend tables that enable actionable insights across the team and broader organization.This individual will ensure data models are efficient, scalable, and aligned with commercial objectives. They will also craft ad-hoc queries to answer business questions, source data cuts for current and future needs, and troubleshooting issues promptly. Strong communication skills and a deep understanding of data construction are essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities• Build, maintain, and optimize SQL-based data models to support team and organizational analytics needs. • Design and manage backend tables that enable efficient reporting and analysis.• Anticipate future data requirements and proactively source relevant datasets, anticipate challenges and proactive identifies solutions. • Drive change in their space. • Execute ad-hoc queries and create smaller data models to answer commercial questions. • Identify and resolve data model issues quickly; improve efficiency of existing models; uses data to influence and facilitate impact. • Collaborate with cross-functional data teams to ensure consistent methodologies and data integrity. • Act as a subject matter expert for team data models and dashboards.• Communicate complex data concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on data best practices. What You Need To Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)• 5+ years of experience in data management and modeling. • Proven experience in business commercial analytics to optimize revenue and business strategy. • Advanced proficiency in SQL (required). • Working knowledge of SAS, Tableau, or similar BI tools. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing data structures. • Must be performing satisfactorily in current position. Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data. • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles. • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States. What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Management or a commercial analytics environment.• Aviation industry experience. • Familiarity with bolthires’s commercial databases (e.g., RPAD, PNR, IBL). • Knowledge of travel industry data and metrics.
