Your expertise will be crucial in partnering with various blithequark teams, including those working on gaming IP or services, as well as cross-functional stakeholders across Product and Business Development teams. Your mission will be to build and scale new marketing channels, understand the drivers of conversion, and advocate for our customers' needs across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing strategy to maximize customer acquisition, with a focus on traffic and conversion. Build and nurture partnerships across the organization to identify new traffic channels and launch initiatives to test effectiveness and scale. Grow and evolve existing traffic channels by driving strategy, initiatives, and tracking mechanisms for continuous improvement. Collaborate with Product, UX, and GTM teams to develop best-in-class landing page experiences and messaging that drive customer conversion. Establish yourself as a subject matter expert and thought leader in your domain by regularly analyzing key metrics, identifying patterns, and driving continuous learning and improvement. Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including defining messages, driving legal reviews, providing creative briefs, and launching and tracking performance. Demonstrate hands-on leadership in developing and executing new initiatives from concept to completion, leveraging merchandising teams, marketing channel SMEs, and Tech/BI teams to scale and automate. Adapt global strategies to meet local needs, identifying country-specific nuances that require tailored approaches to maximize adoption and engagement while meeting legal requirements. Essential Qualifications 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes.
