About the Role We're seeking an experienced MSP-Customer Experience QA, Mechantronics and Sustainable Packaging Operations Engineer to. As an Operations Engineer, you will play a vital role in deploying MSP solutions, overseeing multiple products, programs, and projects, and driving continuous improvement ideas to enhance deployment cycle time, safety, quality, and productivity. Your primary responsibility will be to own the coordination and execution of installation, commissioning, and performance ramp-up of products in the field, allowing our engineering and product teams to focus on system performance improvement and optimization. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and support metrics for the program to measure success and identify areas for improvement Collaborate with BI/Data Engineering teams to drive the collection of new data and refine existing data sources to continually improve quality Review information from multiple sources to confirm data integrity and provide clear and timely reporting of key performance metrics across internal and external stakeholders Build relationships and capture and synthesize the voice of the customer to drive customer-centric solutions Drive continuous improvement ideas into both the deployment cycle time and engineering design improvements to simplify installation Own the coordination and execution of installation, commissioning, and performance ramp-up of products in the field Set standards and maintain quality within your scope of responsibility, ensuring that all projects are delivered to the highest standards Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of directly managing and being responsible for multiple large projects, with a strong technical background in relevant fields of automated or non-automated material handling equipment A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, operations, or supply chain management Experience with project management tools and techniques, including Lean Management and Six Sigma Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive insights Ability to travel up to 75% or more, including international travel, to meet the requirements of your projects across North America Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, with the ability to participate in team-lifts for items over 50lbs Ability to stand/walk for up to 12 hours and work in an environment where the noise level varies and can be loud Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: A Master's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM field Experience with operations engineer tools, such as data analysis and process improvement Knowledge of mechatronics and sustainable packaging principles and practices Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you'll need to demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive insights Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and drive solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all projects are delivered to the highest standards Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to the growth and development of our employees.
