Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. Analyze complex problems or scenarios and provide expert solutions.Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. Work with other team members or departments to provide insights and expertise as needed. Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patientJob Requirements: Must have at least 1 year of previous Medical Benefits experience (NO EXCEPTIONS)Medical call center experience is a plus but not required.
