As a remote Data Entry Operator, you will play a critical role in fulfilling this mission by ensuring the accurate entry of engraving details for pet ID tags. Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Data Entry Operator at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:* Accurately inputting engraving information for pet ID tags from various order forms and emails, guaranteeing that every pet receives a personalized tag that meets their family's needs.* Reading and interpreting handwritten addresses from both the US and Canada with precision, ensuring that every order is processed accurately and efficiently. * Completing data entry tasks on Fridays (by 2 PM) and Mondays (by 5 PM) to facilitate timely order processing, allocating approximately 5 hours weekly across both days based on the volume of orders received. * Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly regarding names, addresses, and engraving specifications.Required SkillsTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:* Exceptional typing skills, achieving 12,000+ keystrokes per hour or 60-80 words per minute, ensuring a focus on accuracy and efficiency. * Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding names, addresses, and engraving specifications, to guarantee accurate data entry. * Familiarity with handwritten address interpretation from the US and Canada is highly preferred, as you will be working with a diverse range of order forms and emails.* Proven time management skills to consistently meet deadlines while working independently, ensuring that data entry tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:* Reliable and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and commitment to accuracy. * Must have consistent availability on Fridays and Mondays for timely completion of data entry tasks. * Your own computer setup with dual monitors is required for optimal efficiency, as you will be working independently and requiring a high level of productivity.* Previous experience in data entry or similar roles is preferred, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.
