The Role of a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark blithequark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager to join its dynamic Customer Success Team. Based in the United States and working remotely, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of blithequark's customers throughout their journey. This involves collaborating closely with support, engineering, and product teams to align technical delivery with business goals, while acting as a trusted advisor to customers, providing them with the expertise and support needed to maximize the value of blithequark's solutions. Key Responsibilities The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for a wide range of critical tasks, including: Own and manage the full customer lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, adoption, training, and renewal, to ensure seamless and satisfactory customer experiences. Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with customers in the Americas, understanding their unique needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored support and solutions. Identify and support opportunities for upsell and cross-sell in partnership with the Sales team, contributing to revenue growth and customer expansion. Coordinate with internal teams, including Support and Engineering, to resolve customer issues quickly and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with Customer Support Engineers to ensure seamless communication and delivery in response to support tickets, fostering a cohesive and customer-centric approach. Collect and share customer feedback to improve product and service quality, driving continuous innovation and enhancement at blithequark. Track and analyze success metrics, using data to inform customer strategy and engagement, and to measure the effectiveness of customer success initiatives. Who You’ll Work With As a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, working closely with: The American Head of Customer Success, reporting directly and contributing to the strategic direction of the Customer Success Team. Customer Support Engineers (CSEs), Sales, Product, and Engineering teams, to ensure a unified approach to customer success and satisfaction. Regional teams, partnering to serve a diverse customer base and leverage global best practices and expertise. Cross-functional teams, collaborating to drive high customer satisfaction and retention, and to align customer success strategies with business objectives. Profile We’re Looking For To excel as a Senior Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you should possess: 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in SaaS or tech, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Experience supporting national and regional customers in the United States, with a deep understanding of the local market and customer needs. Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to work with tools like OpenCTI or OpenBAS, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and platforms. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner, and to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders. Comfort in a remote, async-first culture, with the ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team, leveraging digital communication tools and platforms. Experience with CRM/CSM tools, customer journey tracking, and success metrics, with the ability to analyze data and inform customer success strategies. Familiarity with the cybersecurity sector, especially threat intelligence, is highly desirable, although not mandatory, as blithequark is committed to providing comprehensive training and support. Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
