Roles and Responsibilities As a Customer Success Manager at blithequark, you will play a vital role in maintaining and growing our client relationships through proactive communication, personalized strategic advice, and a deep understanding of our clients' needs and challenges. Your key responsibilities will include: Maintaining client relationships and engagement through proactive communication and personalized strategic advice, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of support and guidance. Collaborating closely with clients and the implementation team to create and communicate personalized success plans that align with their objectives and our solutions, driving meaningful results and outcomes. Running quarterly business reviews with key stakeholders to educate them on the value and ROI delivered through our solutions, highlighting the impact and effectiveness of our services. Managing the health of your book of business by regularly assessing and analyzing client account health/satisfaction and progress against success plans, proactively intervening for improvement as needed to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Owning the renewal process with clients and strategically tackling cancellations to achieve retention goals, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services to drive revenue growth. Identifying and driving opportunities for client growth, such as expansion, referrals, and reviews, to drive revenue goals and expand our client base.
