The Role and Opportunity As a Customer Support Executive at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our Customer Operations team, working closely with leading institutions, stablecoin issuers, and DeFi projects to ensure they get the most out of our enterprise-grade back office platform. Key Responsibilities Deliver fast, empathetic, and effective support to our customers via various channels, including Plain, ensuring timely resolution of complex issues. Collaborate with our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to resolve issues, share customer insights, and drive product improvements. Report bugs, share feature requests, and champion the customer's voice in product discussions, ensuring that our platform meets the evolving needs of our clients. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should be a crypto-native individual with a strong understanding of the crypto economy and its complexities. You should be able to walk through an on-chain transaction, such as on Etherscan, and have a solid grasp of crypto finance concepts. We are looking for someone who thrives on complexity over volume, is comfortable owning a tough ticket for days if needed, and communicates clearly and effectively in remote settings. You should have excellent customer communication skills, enjoy digging into technical details, and be coachable, taking ownership and showing initiative in your work. Bonus experience with accounting, reconciliation, or finance workflows would be highly beneficial, as would experience working with leading names in stablecoins, DeFi, and banking.
