Job SummaryAs a Retail Customer Service Associate at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for delivering a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions.You'll be knowledgeable in all areas of the Store's business, including print, signs & graphics, and shipping. Your expertise will enable you to take orders, coordinate activities in the Store, provide pricing and product information, and recommend appropriate Blithequark products and services.
