As a key member of our Supply Chain Solutions division, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing rental truck inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with all company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies policies.Essential FunctionsAs a Logistics Coordinator - Customer Service, your key responsibilities will include:* Providing a great customer experience and ensuring concerns, issues, and disputes are resolved to the customers' expectations* Handling all rental sales and the sales process for inbound calls and outbound solicitation to increase leads and new customers* Accountable for rental truck inventory levels by coordinating with Maintenance and Asset Management to meet customer demands* Workflow management: enhance productivity through effective scheduling and planning* Generate purchase/repair orders and maintenance of files* Parts management: contribute to bolthires containment through inventory planning and warrantyAdditional ResponsibilitiesIn addition to the essential functions, you will also be responsible for:* Ensuring compliance with all company, local, state, federal, and other regulatory agencies policies* Performing other duties as assignedSkills and AbilitiesTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and abilities:* Strong verbal and written communication skills* Ability to get both verbal and written communication across that has the desired effect* Goal-oriented, drive for results, assertive, and deal well with ambiguity* Possesses a high degree of initiative* Must have high level of energy and be a self-motivated and self-directed person* Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments* Ability to focus on multiple projects and activities simultaneously* Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment* Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)* Demonstrates customer service skillsQualificationsTo be considered for this role, you will need to have:* H.S.diploma/GED required* One (1) year or more in sales and/or customer service requiredCompensation InformationThe compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type.Compensation ranges for the position are below:* Pay Type: Hourly* Minimum Pay Range: $19.00* Maximum Pay Range: $19.00Benefits InformationFor all Full-time positions only, blithequark offers comprehensive health and welfare benefits, to include medical, prescription, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability insurance options, as well as paid time off for vacation, illness, bereavement, family, and parental leave, and a tax-advantaged 401(k) retirement savings plan.
