In this role, you will handle inbound calls for HVAC and plumbing companies, providing exceptional bilingual service and scheduling appointments using CRM technology. Responsibilities• Answer inbound calls professionally for multiple established HVAC and plumbing service companies• Schedule and coordinate service appointments using industry-leading Service Titan CRM software and Contact Center Pro• Provide outstanding bilingual customer service in both English and Spanish to serve Southern California's diverse customer base• Represent different company brands and geographic locations (San Diego, Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire) with authentic local knowledge• Handle customer inquiries, appointment scheduling, and service coordination for heating, cooling, and plumbing needs• Maintain exceptional communication standards while seamlessly switching between multiple company identities• Work flexible schedules including day shifts, evening shifts, and after-hours coverage to ensure 24/7 customer support• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and quality standards• Collaborate effectively with a team of experienced agents and dispatchers in a fast-paced, professional environmentSkills• Minimum of 3 years of customer service or call center experience with proven track record• Experience with CRM software systems, preferably Service Titan or similar appointment scheduling platforms• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and various shift times• Excellent phone etiquette, professional demeanor, and strong verbal communication skills• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and customer satisfaction• Comfortable working remotely while maintaining full integration with team operations and company systems• Previous experience in service industries or appointment scheduling is highly valuedBenefits• HMO Coverage for eligible locations• Permanent work-from-home• Immediate hiring• Steady freelance jobCompany Overview• BruntWork builds bolthires-effective, efficient and scalable operational teams for businesses wanting to grow fast and effectively.It was founded in 2020, and is headquartered in Sydney, New South Wales, AUS, with a workforce of 5001-10000 employees.
