Your RoleAs a Customer Care & Revenue Manager at blithequark, you will be the trusted advisor to our clients in Northern America, helping them optimize their revenue management strategies and fully leverage our platform. Your expertise will drive customer success, ensuring clients not only meet their goals but exceed them, while you collaborate with our product team to shape the future of our system.Key Responsibilities* Provide exceptional customer care and support to clients in Northern America, ensuring their revenue management strategies are optimized and they fully leverage our platform. * Analyze client data and market trends to recommend pricing strategies that enhance revenue and improve booking rates. * Collaborate with our product team to shape the future of our system and ensure it meets the evolving needs of our clients. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their challenges and goals, and acting as a trusted advisor.* Communicate complex revenue management strategies and system functionalities to clients in a clear and concise manner. * Identify and resolve customer issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements* C2-level English proficiency with excellent communication skills. * Currently based in Northern America (East Coast or Central timezone). * A problem solver with a passion for tech, numbers, and innovation. * Prior experience as a Revenue Manager in the Hotel Industry. * Ideally, you hold a degree in business or hospitality.* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, assess customer needs, and offer actionable recommendations. * Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly educating clients on strategies, system functionalities, and best practices. * Calm under pressure, able to manage urgent or challenging client inquiries with professionalism. * A customer-focused mindset, with a deep understanding of the challenges and goals faced by hospitality businesses, acting as a trusted advisor.
