Job SummaryAs a Part TimeRemote Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and facilities.You will serve as the initial point of contact and liaison between these stakeholders, facilitating patient healthcare needs and ensuring seamless communication. Your expertise in electronic health records, critical thinking, and problem-solving will enable you to navigate complex issues and provide exceptional customer service.
