Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills are essential, along with the ability to multitask effectively. Essential Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers effectively.Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment. Must be able to work in 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexibility in scheduling after completing the initial training phase. Able to attend 5 weeks of training, Monday through Friday, from 4 PM to 8 PM, to gain in-depth knowledge of our systems and services. Commitment to working a minimum of 16+ hours per week, with potential for more hours based on performance and business needs. Typing speed of at least 35 WPM, with 40 WPM or higher being preferred for efficient communication.Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in retail or the automotive industry, can be beneficial but is not required. Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies. Experience with multitasking, such as in gaming or similar fast-paced environments, can be advantageous.
