Your primary focus will be addressing inquiries about our transportation services, resolving issues, and ensuring that our members receive the highest level of care and attention. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, empathy, patience, and attention to detail, both during data entry and when interacting with members.Key Responsibilities Handle inbound calls from health plan members and representatives regarding transportation services offered through our health plan, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns. Meet or exceed productivity metric goals, including Average Handle Time, Quality Assurance, Calls per hour, and Customer Satisfaction after-call survey, to ensure that our service standards are consistently met or exceeded. Follow all HIPAA and compliance protocols to ensure the protection of all members' protected health information (PHI), maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.Escalate transportation and customer service concerns to the contact center leadership team, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Requirements for Success To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center experience or transferable healthcare experience. Spanish fluency is a significant plus, as it will enable you to communicate effectively with a broader range of members. You must also have a High School degree or equivalent and be able to sit for 8 hours or more a day wearing a headset.Additionally, you must have a secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace without any conflicting responsibilities during scheduled work shifts. This means that you should not have any other obligations, such as caring for family members, that could interfere with your work. Your workspace should also have a reliable internet connection with a download speed of 80 to 100-mbps and an upload speed of 12 to 20-mbps. In terms of skills, you should have excellent written, communication, and data entry skills, as well as moderate experience in bolthires Teams, Outlook, and Word.The ability to adapt to high and fast-paced call volumes is also essential, as you will be working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly.
