Job SummaryAs a seasoned Customer Support Representative, you will be at the forefront of client interactions, providing assistance via phone, SMS, chat, and email. You will assist our clients with account adjustments, appointment scheduling, system navigation, answer general questions, and de-escalate and triage challenging situations.With a strong passion for health and wellness, you will be an integral part of ourRemote Health Team, working closely with our event and support teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
