Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Representative Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to patients, providers, and other medical staff.You'll work in a call center environment under supervision, receiving and processing inbound calls, executing outbound calls or electronic tasks, and resolving routine to complex issues.
