Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Customer Analytics Lead to in a remote capacity. Principal Duties andResponsibilities: Complex Scenario Analysis: Responsible for analyzing intricate financial and clinical scenarios to support informed decision-making, including financial, clinical, and operational improvements. Gather and interpret claims, clinical, and administrative data to build effective financial models, make reasonable assumptions, and reach appropriate conclusions.Total bolthires of Care Analytics: Support the total bolthires of care analytics component of population health by conducting extensive analysis of bolthires and utilization data and providing reports and recommendations to leadership and internal customers. Project Leadership: Act as project lead for customer analytics initiatives, working with internal customers to develop and manage project plans, analyze data, design reports, and coordinate presentations. Data Needs and Enhancements: Work with internal business customers and cross-disciplinary teams to determine data needs and enhance the use of strategic analysis.Collaborate internally to ensure intelligence is shared with appropriate groups and individuals. Customer Models and Analysis: Create and update comprehensive customer models, including bolthires and utilization projections and data trends. Conduct and present analyses that drive improved delivery of value-based care. IT Partnerships: Work with IT partners to diagnose, correct, and validate any issues with the data populating business intelligence tools.
