Your Role inOur CommunityAs an Experienced Virtual Customer Care Representative, you'll play a vital role in managing and overseeing homes under warranty in assigned communities. Your primary responsibility will be to promote, facilitate, and foster positive working relationships with customers and trade partners. You'll exercise sound judgment and discretion when working with homeowners and trade partners, ensuring that their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.Key Responsibilities* Promote, facilitate, and foster positive working relationships with Lennar customers and trade partners* Regularly exercise sound judgment and discretion when working with homeowners and trade partners* Manage daily trade partner activities in accordance with job schedules and business partner scopes of work as they relate to customer relations* Approve trade partner invoices upon satisfactory completion of the job, not to exceed $1,250* Proactively remedy any trade partner scheduling, communication, or payment related issues* Ability to understand manufacturer recommendations for use and application of their products* Supervise and/or conduct pre-closing meetings, Demonstrations, Celebrations and 30 day post-close visits* Review and certify the completion of each home within their community* Manage, supervise and direct all aspects of customer relations for an assigned community* Conduct field meetings with trade partners, construction staff and sales staff as needed* Be an expert in the community and surrounding area including knowledge of HOA fees and rules, schools, restaurants, shopping, etc.* Supervise, review and resolve the condition of their community; this includes but is not limited to entry features, road and pond maintenance, common areas, model centers and signageRequirements* High School Diploma or equivalent required, or equivalent work experience* Bachelor's degree in related field preferred* Minimum 3 yrs. experience in directing, coordinating, and supervising work, particularly in a customer-facing role with a homebuilder* Valid Driver's License with good driving record* Valid auto insurance coverage* Advanced knowledge of scheduling, budgeting and document management* Ability to read and interpret blue prints* Computer literacy and proficient in MS Office products (Word and Excel)* Excellent follow-up, communication (written and verbal) and time management skillsWorking with UsAt blithequark, we're committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates.Our comprehensive benefits package includes:* Robust health insurance plans, including Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage* 401(k) Retirement Plan with a $1 for $1 Company Match up to 5%* Paid Parental Leave and an Associate Assistance Plan* Education Assistance Program and up to $30,000 in Adoption Assistance* Up to three weeks of vacation annually, alongside generous Holiday, Sick Leave, and Personal Day policies* New Hire Referral Bonus Program and significant Home Purchase Discounts* Unique opportunities such as the Everyone's Included DayWhy ?* Be part of a dynamic and growing company that's making a difference in the lives of our Homeowners and Communities* Enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and professional growth* Collaborate with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships* Take advantage of opportunities for career growth and development in a fast-paced and ever-changing industry* Make a real impact on the lives of our Homeowners and Communities through your workIf you're a motivated and customer-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Please visit our website at to learn more about our company and.
