What You'll Be DoingAs a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Your primary responsibilities will include:* Accurately entering data in the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images* Identifying document types based on provided documentation* Reviewing and verifying entered data to meet or exceed quality requirements* Ensuring all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential, following HIPAA standards* Professionally interacting with other staff as needed* Making recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes* Working until all tasks are completed for the day* Performing other basic office duties as assignedHourly Pay and Available Schedule* $12 per hour* Part-time and full-time openings available, with a preference for full-time employees.Minimum of 20 hours per week required. * Available shifts vary between 8:00am-9:00pm CST, Monday-Friday.
