ResponsibilitiesAs a Tele Chat/Phone Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for:* Acting as the first point of contact for patients seeking information and assistance over the phone, providing exceptional customer service and addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.* Utilizing dental knowledge and resources to accurately answer patient questions and provide guidance on their dental needs and services. * Scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate and organized patient records. * Communicating with dental team members to ensure a seamless patient experience. * Handling a high volume of calls and maintaining a positive attitude and composure in stressful situations. * Keeping up-to-date with the latest services and promotions offered by blithequark to effectively promote and educate patients.* Collaborating with other team members to continuously improve and streamline our phone support system. RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you will need:* 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or call center environment. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively and address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism. * Prior experience in the dental field or knowledge of dental terminology is preferred, but not required. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and organized patient records.* Proficiency in using computer programs and technology, including our proprietary patient management system. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Flexible schedule, including the availability to work on evenings and weekends if needed.
