Job SummaryAs an Experienced Supply Chain Systems Analyst at blithequark, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining our Distribution Center Administration Framework, as well as serving as the primary point of contact between our Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions. You will work closely with our Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC, as well as administer and support all moves/add/change requests.Key Responsibilities* Support and maintain the Distribution Center Administration Framework* Serve as the primary point of contact between the Centralized Computer and Application Development divisions* Work closely with the Organization/Telecom divisions and the Innovation Office to facilitate, investigate, and implement actual solutions that support the DC* Administer and support all moves/add/change requests* Contact MHE merchants as it relates to data management* Work with all smart devices, including Sortation Control Frameworks* Coordinate all data backups and data recovery procedures* Serve as a liaison between the DC office, WMS merchant, and MIS Division for issue resolution* Support all data handling equipment, including printers and terminals* Support LAN (Local Area Network) design* Perform all future installations of software* Coordinate stock tracking of in-stock supplies, including forms, labels, etc., and report usage to MIS* Regulate nonexempt staff* Maintain all control tables within the WMS, including access security* Screen the performance of the framework application to ensure it is ready and available to all end users* Manage and monitor end-user access and privileges and report to the SOX Compliance Office on a quarterly basis* Develop reporting tools for clients to have better visibility into the WMS and Working Metrics, whether through Crystal Reports or Cognos Report StudioRequired Capabilities* 2+ years of IT experience, including Windows, Unix, SQL Server, Prophet, etc.* 2+ years of experience in a delivery climate (preferred)* 2+ years of experience using SQL, MS-Access, Excel, and Word* Must be local, as this is not a remote job (Note:This job is actually a remote position, and we apologize for the mistake in the original job description)Preferred Capabilities* Project management experience (an asset)* Bachelor's degree in IT (preferred)* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Business acumenWhy Work at blithequark? * Competitive salary and benefits package* Opportunity to work with a leading healthcare company* Collaborative and dynamic work environment* Professional development and growth opportunities* Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance* Comprehensive training and support* Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options* Access to cutting-edge technology and tools* Opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and customersIf you are a motivated and experienced professional looking for a challenging and rewarding remote data entry position, we encourage you to apply for the Experienced Supply Chain Systems Analyst position at blithequark.Please submit your resume and a cover letter explaining why you are the ideal candidate for this role.
