Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, qualifications, and personal qualities that align with our high standards of customer service. These include: Being a native or near-native Spanish speaker, with the ability to communicate fluently and accurately in Spanish. Holding a B2-level English proficiency, enabling you to effectively communicate with our international team and customer base. At least a high school diploma or completed vocational training, providing a solid foundation for your future growth and development.
