Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Consultant to join our Global Equity Management team.As a Consultant, you will be responsible for contributing to a team that provides stock plan management, performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits, and processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock buy plan Matching share awards. This is a remote work opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour. Key Responsibilities Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock buy plans Process the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock buy plan Matching share awards Review equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock buy plan activities, to ensure correct and timely buy, release, settlement, and reporting Research, track, and respond to questions received from participants, method partners, or other stakeholders Support equity-based long-term incentive award grant method and stock buy plan enrollment activities Produce ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations Review and maintain equity management methods and documentation Perform other equity plan management tasks as requested Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred At least 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a related field preferred Experience working with a variety of stock plan products, including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock buy plans, is preferred Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly Understanding of HRIS systems (Workday, in particular), methods, and interrelationships of data transfers Ability to analyze and convert findings into precise actionable recommendations Preferred Qualifications Strong attention to detail Clear communicator Data analysis skills Customer service focusCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we empower our employees across the globe to prioritize their development by building skills and taking on new experiences.We offer clarity on where you stand in the company through professional plans and conversations that put you in the driver's seat of your personal development.
