Our mission is to empower high-level English speakers in Latin America to achieve financial stability, work from home, and thrive in a proactive environment that rewards creativity, problem-solving, and leadership.About the Role As a Social Media Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll be part of a highly skilled client success team focused on initiating authentic conversations that lead to selling coaching programs through various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. You'll work closely with our teams to represent one of our esteemed clients, a Business Coach, and engage with their audience on social media. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include starting new conversations, following up with leads, driving organic account growth, and closing sales.Key Responsibilities: Initiate new conversations with potential clients on social media platforms (approximately 2 hours/day) Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and drive sales (approximately 2 hours/day) Contribute to organic account growth through creative and engaging content (approximately 2 hours/day) Respond to active leads and close sales (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes/day) Manage daily communication tasks and collaborate with the team (approximately 30 minutes/day) Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need:Advanced or Native (C1-C2) level English skills A strong desire to earn a stable income in USD A fully functional desktop/laptop and smartphone A stable internet connection Full-time availability (8 hours/day, 2 hours on weekends) Proven experience in sales or customer service roles (at least 4 months) Confidence in your English skills and a passion for learning, making money, and working in a fast-paced environment Location in any country in Latin America or Brazil PreferredQualifications: Experience working from home and a desire for professional and financial growth A high interest in sales, marketing, and social media Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Ability to work independently and as part of a remote teamCareer Growth and Development At blithequark, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop in their careers.We offer a range of leadership opportunities, including Team Leader, Lead Trainer, Sales Coach, Assistant Coach, Project Manager, Recruitment Officer, Directing Manager, and Vice President.
