Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with our customers, and driving business growth through effective sales and marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:* Assist the Branch Manager in managing and motivating staff to meet goals and objectives related to branch profitability, volume, lending, credit quality, collections, and expense* Make loan decisions up to established lending limits or recommend loan decisions, process consumer loans, close consumer loans, and collect accounts in varying stages of delinquency* Assist the Branch Manager in developing business relationships within the community, selling products and services to meet sales goals* Collaborate with customers to implement solutions and monitor overall customer satisfaction* Assist the Branch Manager with matters related to hiring, staffing, training, performance reviews, and terminations as applicable* Ensure a high quality of customer service and maintain a positive, professional image of blithequark* Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or other senior managementEssentialQualifications:* High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution* At least 5 years of experience in consumer finance or a related field* Ability to work with minimal supervision and make sound decisions independently* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Proficient working knowledge of industry-specific lending software, bolthires Windows, Excel, and Word applicationsPreferred/DesiredQualifications:* Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a related field* Bilingual, Spanish/English proficiencyCompensation and Incentives:* The salary range for this position is $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on the specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and/or Experience of the selected candidate* This position is eligible for Quarterly Incentive compensation based on individual and company performance guidelinesWork Environment:* Office environment with a fast-paced, high-growth, team-oriented, and great cultureIf you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, driving business growth, and working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.At blithequark, we offer a unique blend of challenge, opportunity, and reward that will help you achieve your career goals and personal aspirations. !
