Data Entry & Processing Admin
1. Receive & review new/re-submission of customers’ participation details received from different channels. 2. Process submission with the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA). 3. Accurate data entry. 4. Consistent follow up with the customer on their participation details. 5. Handle queries from customers / clients from different channels and able to provide clear & effective solutions. 6. Highlight / recommend any suspicious customer’s participation details to the supervisor. 7. Provide recommendations for improvements wherever applicable.8. Coordinating with IT department in resolving issues in system. 9. Assist in any ad-hoc tasks assigned as & when is required. Job Requirement:2. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. 3. Required skills (s): Ms Excel & Ms PowerPoint4. Good team player and able to communicate at levels. 5. Able to multitask & work with minimum supervision. 6. Meticulous with an eye to detail & accurate data entry with good organizational skills. 7. Able to converse in the 3 main languages with effective communication skills that are commonly used in Malaysia.8. Permanent position. 9. Work from Monday to Saturday10. OT would be given when necessary.
