As aSenior Director at blithequark, you will serve as a key leader within our Customer and Marketing organization, overseeing the workflow across teams of product, engineering, analytics, and user experience design resources. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that drives business outcomes, enhances customer experiences, and fosters a culture of innovation and experimentation within our organization.Key Responsibilities Develop the long-term vision for our data product portfolio, understanding the competitive landscape and influencing enterprise decisions to yield long-term customer benefits. Own and lead the customer, loyalty, and marketing data ecosystem, providing actionable analytics to support top-line sales and productivity improvements. Foster a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and two-way door initiatives that address customer needs. Lead annual planning for the product portfolio, representing the team in executive discussions and ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.Define and direct the user experience (UX) design for products within the portfolio, setting the strategic vision for customer engagement and leading its execution. Partner with stakeholders to develop launch and go-to-market plans, identifying and resolving issues that may impede product success. Engage with internal and external thought leaders to drive product leadership within the portfolio, ensuring alignment with other portfolio owners and facilitating a community of practice. Lead and manage a high-performing team, fostering an inclusive environment that helps associates achieve their potential and driving the company's mission forward.Leverage data and analytics to provide competitive analysis, drive decision-making, and deliver recommendations to key stakeholders, monitoring technology trends and anticipating their impact on the product roadmap. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique blend of technical, business, and leadership skills. The following qualifications are required: 12 years of experience in software engineering, data science, and/or product management, with a deep understanding of marketing, customer, and retail media networks analytics.7 years of direct team leadership experience across software engineering, product management, or data science, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams. Prior experience in building, deploying, and operationalizing highly scalable, resilient, and critical data technology solutions that solve business problems in a product model. Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of a degree). Preferred qualifications include experience working with software development teams to launch online products, large-scale order management and inventory systems, customer relationship management systems, and a Master's degree in business administration or a similar advanced degree.What We Offer At blithequark, we recognize the importance of attracting and retaining top talent.
