Job SummaryAs a Retention Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for promoting and saving products and services, providing excellent customer experiences via phone, and negotiating and completing save/service order requests from customers.You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide options, and inform them of various fees and adjustments. Your active listening skills, patience, and tact will be essential in resolving customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.
