As a Part-Time Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working remotely to provide support to our health plan partners and their members.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Part-Time Bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:* Handling inbound calls in both English and Spanish from health plan members and representatives, regarding transportation services offered through our health plan. * Meeting or exceeding productivity metric goals, including Average Handle Time, Quality Assurance, Calls per hour, and Customer Satisfaction after call survey. * Following all HIPAA and compliance protocols to ensure the protection of all members' protected health information (PHI).* Escalating transportation and customer service concerns to contact center leadership team. RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:* Minimum of 6 months of inbound Contact Center experience or transferable healthcare experience: We are looking for candidates with a strong background in customer service, preferably in a healthcare setting. * Fully bilingual: English/Spanish: You must be fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent communication and data entry skills.* High School degree or equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. * Ability to sit for 8 hours or more a day wearing a headset: You must be able to sit comfortably for extended periods, wearing a headset to handle calls. * Secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace: You will need a dedicated workspace with minimal distractions, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional support to our members. * Download speed of 80 to 100-mbps and upload speed of 12 to 20-mbps: You must have a reliable internet connection with the specified speed requirements.* Excellent written, communication, and data entry skills: You will need to possess strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to accurately enter data into our systems. * Moderate experience in bolthires Teams, Outlook, and Word: Familiarity with these tools is preferred, but not required. * Ability to adapt to high and fast-paced call volume: You must be able to handle a high volume of calls, working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
