A Day in the Life of an Order Management SpecialistAs an Order Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting both our Account Managers and our customers. Your tasks will include:* Coordinating orders and ensuring timely delivery* Processing and submitting customer quotes* Investigating and resolving customer concerns* Answering phone calls and responding to emails* Providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex problemsYou will be the face of blithequark, and your professionalism and kindness will make all the difference in building strong relationships with our customers.You will be patient, friendly, and always put yourself in the customer's shoes, listening carefully to their needs and following through on commitments.
