If you are a customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding role.Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound member calls to support various call campaigns, including attribution, disruption, appointment scheduling, and medication adherence Handle member inbound calls to address inquiries for Medicare FFE members and complete detailed call documentation for quarterly CMS reporting Conduct outbound 'secret shopper' calls to confirm appointment availability at practice locations and outbound calls to dialysis centers to confirm required information submission to CMS Conduct outbound calls within CMS timeframe requirements to notify members of medication approval and facilitate communication through the Language Assistance Program Troubleshoot system/data issues to ensure the correct population is included in the call campaign and escalate patient/member concerns appropriately to management Maintain accurate and detailed call documentation and complete outbound calls timely and in accordance with performance standards Participate in regular training exercises to maintain program knowledge and promote a positive image of blithequark in all aspects of communication and contact Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Minimum of 12 months experience in customer/member services or related function in a healthcare organization, with experience conducting member outbound calls Demonstrated experience and expertise in customer service skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills and handling difficult communications with skill to achieve positive outcomes Minimum educational level of high school diploma, with some college-level coursework preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with members who are not English proficient Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates who possess the following preferred qualifications: Experience in a managed care environment, with knowledge of Medicare FFE and CMS reporting requirements Ability to access multiple systems and navigate while interacting with patients, with experience using electronic health records and customer relationship management software Ability to think critically and make sound judgments, with experience troubleshooting system/data issues and escalating concerns to management Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members and internal stakeholders Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed call documentationCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.As aRemoteSenior Customer Service Advocate, you will have access to regular training exercises and opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, healthcare, and managed care.
