The RoleAs an Experienced Customer Experience Strategy Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive customer experience strategy that enhances the overall guest experience at WDW.This role involves:* Monitoring customer experience trends and insights: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring the latest customer experience trends and insights, using expertise to inform strategic decisions. * Understanding and staying curious about WDW channels: Develop a deep understanding of WDW channels, including the website, app, call center, and trade, to identify opportunities for improvement. * Building and optimizing the Customer Experience roadmap: Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap that prioritizes key deliverables, milestones, and tasks to drive impactful initiatives.* Prioritizing delivery of impactful initiatives: Balance quick wins and long-term projects to ensure the delivery of impactful initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and engagement. * Influencing partner initiatives using a data-centric approach: Use data-driven insights to influence partner initiatives and drive strategic alignment. * Translating strategy into action efficiently: Take ownership of initiatives from concept to completion, ensuring timely and effective execution. * Collaborating with cross-functional leaders: Work closely with cross-functional leaders to align on project goals and ownership expectations.* Ensuring proper tracking and measurement: Deliver program recaps, benchmarks, and success metrics to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. * Delivering high-quality presentations: Present insights, metrics, and recommendations to senior and executive audiences with clarity and confidence.
