Key Responsibilities Accurately enter, update, and verify vendor and product data in blithequark systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency across our supply chain. Review purchase orders, shipping details, and vendor documents to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in data, working with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly. Support the onboarding process for new vendors by collecting and validating required documentation, maintaining digital records, and ensuring database cleanliness. Generate and analyze basic data reports to support Vendor Support and Procurement teams, providing insights that inform business decisions and drive operational excellence. Adhere to data security protocols and confidentiality guidelines, ensuring the protection of sensitive information and maintaining the trust of our vendors and customers. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy, demonstrating a strong commitment to efficiency and effectiveness in a remote work environment. Essential Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to continuous learning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word, with excellent data entry skills and attention to detail. Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy, with a strong focus on quality and precision in all aspects of work. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment, demonstrating self-motivation, discipline, and a strong work ethic. Comfortable using internal databases, tools, and systems with minimal supervision, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Preferred Experience and Qualifications 1+ years of experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role, with remote experience preferred, demonstrating an ability to work effectively in a virtual environment. Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or vendor support is an advantage, providing a strong understanding of the industry and the challenges and opportunities that come with it. Familiarity with blithequark systems (e.g., Vendor Central, Seller Central, etc.) is highly desirable but not required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
