About the Role As a Virtual Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will have a clear purpose: to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email. This includes everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website guidance. Our Customer Service Associates use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers. Key Responsibilities Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email in a professional and courteous manner Use various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer queries Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide exceptional support experiences Work variable hours to match customer demand, including overnight, day, and late shifts Be available to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including national holidays Be comfortable working in a high-energy environment and multitasking to meet customer needs Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: Minimum age: 18 years old Have the right to work in India Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency) Experience working with a computer Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 6 am and 11 pm Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required) A quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair) A minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 10MP upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI) Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Prior experience in customer service or a related field Experience working in a virtual or remote environment Knowledge of customer service software and tools Ability to speak multiple languages Skills and Competencies To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer focus and ability to provide exceptional support experiences Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
