As a representative of blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about their potential eligibility for compensation. Your role will be to connect with these individuals, assess their situation, and provide them with the information and support they need to move forward. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of others, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.Key Responsibilities Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to see if they meet the criteria to potentially qualify for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of connections Speak with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for further support, and provide them with accurate and empathetic information about their options Multitask effectively, listening to callers, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows on your computer screen, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and composure Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates, and contribute to the overall success of the team Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to manage caller interactions and follow scripts appropriately, while maintaining accurate records and data Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and assist with other projects as needed, to contribute to the overall success of the team Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT problems, and maintain a reliable and efficient home workspace, to ensure seamless connectivity and productivity Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements: Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey, and have a quiet, distraction-free space to work, with a reliable hardwired Desktop or Laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) that meets our technical specifications (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU) Have a strong background in call-center environment and sales-focused customer service, with at least 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner, and provide empathetic support to callers Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments, and provide effective solutions to callers A competitive spirit, with a desire to work as part of a team and achieve individual and team goals, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and challenges Able to work 40+ hours per week, with a flexible schedule that includes Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM -
