Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative to support our call center operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling high-volume calls, and connecting clients with interpreters over the phone. Responsibilities Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone in a timely and efficient manner Handle high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, ensuring that every client receives exceptional service and support Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner Utilize strong computer skills and ability to learn new software to navigate our systems and tools effectively Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection (required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic) Ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, with a strong focus on quality and attention to detail Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software and systems quickly Ability to keep sensitive information confidential and handle it with discretion and professionalism Multi-language capability is not required, but a plus Qualifications The ideal candidate will have: High school diploma or equivalent Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional service and support Ability to work remotely in emergency situations, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, interpreters, and other team members Career Growth and Development At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
