Position DetailsThe following are the key details of the position: Working hours: 9AM-5:30PM Mon-Fri, every other Sat/Sun 9AM-5:30PM Required experience: FrameWorks LTC Experience required, Docutrack preferred Location: Must currently live in a state blithequark is licensed in: AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KS, MA, MI, MO, PA, OH, WI Responsibilities As aRemote LTC Pharmacy Data Entry Technician, your responsibilities will include: Contacting physician’s office as needed for refill authorization Contacting clients for verification of orders as needed Processing all new and refill prescriptions Opening orders as needed, verifying eligibility, proofing and inputting prescriptions while maintaining productivity and quality standards Documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system Preparing audit sheets and providing feedback to manager Forwarding incomplete or rejected scripts to the appropriate department for resolution and tracking status in the system Initiating and documenting correspondence and follow-up in the system Assisting with research of lost or missing orders per internal department requests Providing backup support to other pharmacy groups based on business needs or production levels Answering incoming calls promptly and providing a high standard of customer service to clients Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Pharmacy Technician license and Certification (CPhT) as per state requirements Long-term care pharmacy experience preferred Frameworks and Docutrack experience preferred Ability to work in a flexible schedule as operational needs dictate, including nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred QualificationsThe following qualifications are preferred: Pharmacy data entry experience; minimum one year Strong knowledge of Brand/Generic drugs and medical terminology Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.As aRemote LTC Pharmacy Data Entry Technician, you will have access to: Ongoing training and professional development opportunities Mentorship and coaching from experienced professionals Opportunities for advancement and career growth within the company A supportive and collaborative work environment that encourages learning and innovation Work Environment and Company Culture At blithequark, we pride ourselves on our positive and inclusive work environment.
