Mandatory Requirements Please note that the following requirements are mandatory for this role: Residing within the borders of the USA is a must Clearing a background check and passing a technical assessment is required Attendance at certification sessions, which includes being on camera throughout the process, is mandatory Meeting the technical requirements, including Windows 10 or 11, AMD or Intel Core Series (I3-I9), at least 8gb of RAM, webcam, wired mouse, USB headset, and wired internet connection, is essential Conflict of Interest Please note that the policy prohibits individuals from holding gigs involving Column Tax or Intuit vendors.Operating Hours Please note that our operating hours are from 8 am to midnight Eastern Standard Time, 7 days a week. A weekly quota of 30 hours is compulsory, and you must be available to work a minimum of 8 hours per day during peak periods. Peak Period Please note that the peak period for this role is from April 9th to 15th, and you must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week during this period. You will also be required to work on April 13th, 14th, and 15th, and access a $5 Turbo Bonus Boost hourly.
