This team is pivotal in driving blithequark towards a defect-free customer experience by developing technology that rapidly identifies defects, associates them with the necessary information to resolve the root cause, and prioritizes improvement opportunities based on business and customer needs. The ideal candidate will be passionate about using data to tell stories, drive insights, and influence business decisions, with a strong background in business intelligence, data analysis, and collaboration.Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, and other data visualization tools to support business intelligence. Partner with cross-functional teams including software developers, data engineers, research scientists, economists, program and product managers to provide insights on customer feedback, create key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in feature engineering and model development. Develop end-to-end automation of pipelines for applications and machine learning (ML) models, ensuring efficiency and scalability.Apply analytical skills to extract meaningful insights and learnings from large and complicated data sets, presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner.
